Identity & Access Management Professionals – Multiple UK Locations
£50,000–£80,000 + benefits
Permanent | 5 days onsite | BPSS eligibility required
We are currently recruiting for a number of Identity & Access Management (IAM) opportunities with an established technology and cyber organisation, supporting complex and business-critical environments.
There are opportunities across technical engineering, cloud identity and IAM service leadership, with roles available at multiple UK locations.
Locations:
- London
- Glasgow
- Manchester
- Leeds
- Birmingham
- Newcastle
- Cardiff
- Bristol
Please note: these roles are 5 days per week onsite. There is no hybrid or home-working option.
Roles include:
Senior IAM / MIM Engineer:
- L2/L3 support within complex IAM environments
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
- Identity lifecycle, provisioning & synchronisation
- PowerShell
- IAM integrations and troubleshooting
- Automation, optimisation and service improvement

- Identity governance and JML processes
IAM Service Lead:
- IAM service ownership and leadership
- Service design and Target Operating Models
- Governance and service transition
- KPI/SLA management
- Stakeholder management
- Risk, compliance and continuous improvement
- Identity lifecycle and access governance
What we're looking for:
Depending on the position, experience across some of the following:
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Okta
- IAM / IGA
- PAM / BeyondTrust
- MFA / SSO
- PKI
- Identity lifecycle / JML
- Provisioning and synchronisation
- PowerShell
- Enterprise integrations
- IAM service management / governance

- Relevant IAM experience
- Ability and willingness to work 5 days per week onsite from one of the listed locations
These are genuine technical and business-critical IAM positions, offering the opportunity to work within complex identity environments and contribute to ongoing service improvement and development.
