Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support secure identity and access management solutions. The role will focus on identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, access governance, and IAM integrations across enterprise applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
- Manage user identity lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), RBAC, and authentication/authorization solutions.
- Configure and manage IAM platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or similar technologies.
- Develop and maintain IAM integrations with enterprise applications, HR systems, directories, and APIs.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
- Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) activities, including access reviews, certifications, and entitlement management.
- Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls where required.
- Develop automation and workflows to improve IAM operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration issues.
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in IAM architecture, design, migration, and transformation projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior IAM engineers.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Hands-on experience with JML lifecycle management.
- Experience with IAM integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience with access reviews and identity governance.
- Understanding of PAM and privileged access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of security principles and least-privilege access.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
