Role definition
We are looking for a strong IAM Engineer with an execution-focused approach who can drive hands-on remediation, automation, and identity governance improvements. This role requires practical expertise rather than advisory-only capability, with a focus on reducing security risk and optimizing existing environments.

Expected qualification and critical experiences
- Execution-focused role with hands-on implementation and remediation ownership.
- Active Directory management, optimization, and clean-up.
- DevOps skills are necessary – Scripting & Automation, IaC CI/CD Pipelines and Rest APIs.
- IAM clean-up and source-level remediation activities.
- Service account rationalization and governance.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripting and Linux-based automation.
- Drive practical remediation initiatives to reduce attack surface.
- Bring a fresh automation mindset to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Mandatory Skills and Certification
- Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory and IAM environments.
- Experience in scripting (PowerShell) and Linux automation.
- Strong problem-solving and remediation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
