Fullstack Engineer - IAM Team

We own how users access the entire product. From authentication flows to permissions and authorisation, we ensure frictionless user experiences with industry-leading security. Every single user interacts with our domain before using the rest of the product so we put a lot of effort into making our UX processes seamless, intuitive and confidence-inspiring. Our main objective at the moment is enforcing strong domain boundaries for our resources and migrating from self-developed solutions to a more integrated strategy utilizing trusted industry IAM players.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Take core contributor ownership on business-critical, complex projects from conception to deployment
- Care deeply about outcomes including end user experience and adoption of internal features
- Show your aptitude for observability and performance optimisation using tools like Sentry, DataDog, etc
- Take opportunities to flex both your backend and frontend skills to ensure frictionless user experience across the stack
- Collaborate deeply with other internal teams to ensure strong tooling and process adoption
- Use your obsession with quality to ensure robust testing resources, team best practices, a rock-solid CI/CD process and carefully designed releases
- Own the processes you design end to end - you are the steward of your projects and everyone knows it
- Become a trusted collaboration partner in a modern Agile/Scrum environment supporting your team mates with thorough code reviews, architecture and implementation discussions and pair problem solving
- Contribute to an enthusiastic team environment - we help, support and celebrate each other

What makes you a great fit:
- Proven track record of professional full-stack development success using Typescript + React
- Robust quality mindset and deep experience with testing and release strategies
- Systems-thinking mindset - you actively own processes end to end and think deeply about how they interact with other parts of the product and the people around you
- Comfortable working with (or learning to work with) AI-assisted tooling such as Claude, Github Co-Pilot or Cursor
- Strong observability and performance mindset and experience being able to quantify and show how your products are used
- Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes
- Collaborative and curious - you care deeply about your team environment and helping to make it the best it can be
- Strong communication skills in English
