We are recruiting for multiple permanent Identity & Access Management (IAM) opportunities in Manchester or Inverness with a major technology consulting and managed services organisation supporting complex, secure enterprise environments.
We are looking for experienced, SC-cleared IAM and IDAM professionals across engineering, senior technical support and service leadership.
Three opportunities are currently available:
Cloud IAM Support Engineer
A hands-on cloud identity role supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and hybrid identity environments.
- Key experience: Entra ID, Okta, RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, Active Directory synchronisation and identity lifecycle management.
Senior IDAM Engineer

A senior L2/L3 engineering role focused on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and complex hybrid identity environments.
- Key experience: MIM Synchronisation Service, metaverse, connector spaces, management agents, workflows, provisioning, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, PowerShell and C#/.NET.
IAM Service Lead
A senior role responsible for IAM service design, transition, governance and continuous improvement.
- Key experience: IAM service design, Target Operating Models, service transition, KPIs/SLAs, stakeholder management, IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI.

Essential Requirements
- Current SC security clearance
- Relevant IAM / IDAM / Identity Engineering or IAM Service Management experience
- UK right to work
