Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management and ready to shape the future of enterprise identity?
We're looking for a Digital Identity Lead to own and evolve our identity strategy across a complex, multi-site organisation. This is a high-impact role where you'll define how identity is governed, drive best practice across IGA, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access, and play a key role in strengthening our security posture.

You'll work closely with Technology, Cyber Security, HR and business leaders to deliver a modern identity capability, leading initiatives such as joiner/mover/leaver governance, least-privilege access, identity automation, and partner management.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in enterprise IAM, including Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understands Zero Trust and modern identity governance.
- Can confidently influence stakeholders across technology and the wider business.
- Enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
