Experience
- Experience managing/driving large scale remediation programs involving hundreds of applications and multiple delivery teams
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving application owners, infrastructure teams, security architects, and business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior technology and business leaders.
- Experience developing MFA onboarding strategies, integration patterns, and future-state authentication roadmaps.
- Ability to drive outcomes in complex environments through effective communication, negotiation, and executive-level reporting.
