Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Professionals
£60,000–£120,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Manchester (5 days onsite)
Security Clearance: BPSS required (UK Nationals, Dual Nationals, ILR/Settled Status or Dependent Visa holders)
We're building a brand-new Identity & Access Management capability for a major enterprise customer and are looking for experienced IAM professionals to join the team.
This is an opportunity to become part of a high-profile service transition, supporting the design, delivery and ongoing operation of critical identity services within a secure environment.
Whether your expertise is in Cloud IAM, On-Prem IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM) or IAM Service Leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Depending on your experience, you'll be responsible for activities including:
- Supporting and administering enterprise IAM and PAM platforms.
- Managing identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML).
- Supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access solutions.
- Maintaining secure identity integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity services.
- Working with privileged access technologies to protect critical systems and privileged accounts.
- Driving service improvements, governance and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, resilient identity services.

- Group Policy (GPO)
- Service Transition
- IAM Governance
- ITIL / Service Management

Working Environment
Please note that these positions operate within a highly secure environment.
Manchester
- Monday to Friday
- 100% onsite
- No hybrid or remote working
- Mobile phones and smartwatches are not permitted within the secure working area
Salary
- IAM & PAM Engineers: £60,000–£100,000
- IAM Service Lead: £80,000–£120,000
Salary will be dependent on experience and the level of responsibility.
