Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Professionals

£60,000–£120,000 + Excellent Benefits

Location: Manchester (5 days onsite)

Security Clearance: BPSS required (UK Nationals, Dual Nationals, ILR/Settled Status or Dependent Visa holders)

We're building a brand-new Identity & Access Management capability for a major enterprise customer and are looking for experienced IAM professionals to join the team.

This is an opportunity to become part of a high-profile service transition, supporting the design, delivery and ongoing operation of critical identity services within a secure environment.

Whether your expertise is in Cloud IAM, On-Prem IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM) or IAM Service Leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Depending on your experience, you'll be responsible for activities including:

  • Supporting and administering enterprise IAM and PAM platforms.
  • Managing identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML).
  • Supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access solutions.
  • Maintaining secure identity integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity services.
  • Working with privileged access technologies to protect critical systems and privileged accounts.
  • Driving service improvements, governance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, resilient identity services.

We're looking for people who

  • Have commercial experience supporting enterprise IAM or PAM environments.
  • Enjoy solving complex identity and access challenges.
  • Can work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Have experience within secure or highly regulated environments.
  • Take pride in delivering resilient, secure identity services.

Working Environment

Please note that these positions operate within a highly secure environment.

Manchester

  • Monday to Friday
  • 100% onsite
  • No hybrid or remote working
  • Mobile phones and smartwatches are not permitted within the secure working area

Salary

  • IAM & PAM Engineers: £60,000–£100,000
  • IAM Service Lead: £80,000–£120,000

Salary will be dependent on experience and the level of responsibility.
