Title – Support Team Lead - Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Preference is Leeds or Halifax, followed by Manchester - (Hybrid- 2 days' work from office)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate: 380 GBP/Day Inside IR35
About the Role
Strong IAM, access management, SailPoint, CyberArk, and operational support experience
Responsibilities
- Managing support teams and day-to-day operations
- Queue management and workload prioritization
- Work allocation and delivery tracking against SLAs
- Escalation management across multiple teams
- Resource planning and workload balancing
- Operational reporting, backlog management, and service improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder management in a Team Lead capacity

As this role is primarily focused on operational leadership and support team management, we need a candidate who can demonstrate both technical IAM expertise and proven experience leading support operations and service delivery.
Required Experience
- Experience leading or coordinating a technical support, service desk, application support, or operational support function.
- Strong incident, request, and problem management skills.
- Experience managing support queues, assigning work, and tracking delivery against service levels.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Identity and Access Management platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) would be beneficial but is not essential.
