IAM Technical Specialist – Outside IR35 | Hybrid | SC Cleared

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IAM Technical Specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

📍 Location: Near Oxford – 3 days per week onsite
💼 Contract: 6 months initially, likely to extend
💰 Rate & IR35: £500-575pd Outside IR35
🔐 Clearance: SC Cleared / able to obtain SC clearance

You must have demonstrable hands-on experience with SailPoint to be considered for this role.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms, particularly SailPoint (SailPoint experience is essential)
  • Experience with Saviynt, Omada, One Identity or similar platforms
  • Proven experience integrating IGA platforms with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Experience connecting authoritative sources, including HR systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) automation
  • Experience developing approval workflows and access request processes
  • Knowledge of access certification, recertification and attestation campaigns
  • Understanding of RBAC modelling, role mining and entitlement management
  • Experience with application connector development and configuration
  • Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and hybrid identity environments
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across provisioning and synchronisation
  • Good technical documentation and runbook-writing skills
  • Must hold, or be able to obtain, SC-level national security clearance
