Salary: £30,933 - £38,667 | €45,267 - €56,584, negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed term until 31 March 2028. Cardiff: 37.5 hours per week | The Hague: 40 hours per week

Location: Cardiff, UK | The Hague, Netherlands

Hybrid working: 2 days in office

About the job

For the International Baccalaureate, IB educators are valuable and essential contributors who work with IB staff to meet the needs of interested, candidate and authorized schools and support the enduring IB mission. This position supports educators onsite and remotely and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to help the IB Educator Network operate efficiently. The role contributes to the recruitment, training and ongoing support of qualified IB Educators who deliver services to schools across all four IB programmes globally, while helping protect the integrity of the IB through effective data management and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
