Role Description
This is a full time or part-time, Ice Cream Sales role based in Edinburgh. The role involves serving customers from the bike, presenting and explaining flavor options, and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the service, restocking inventory, and ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met. The team member will support sales promotions, provide feedback on customer preferences. Evening and weekend shifts required depending on business needs.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to provide Training to new team members.
- Basic numeracy and confidence handling cash and card payments.
- Reliability, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with a hybrid work setup, including in-store and occasional remote tasks.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to complete training.
