The Company:

For 14 years we have been offering our famous EAT.DRINK.PLAY experience with unrivalled street food, bars, shops and entertainment all under one roof. Where else could you eat Greek gyros and catch a Harry Styles party all in one place? Or play crazy golf, eat a Bao and watch Stormzy perform? Nowhere! In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon and Wembley. 2024 saw us open our first site outside of London in the Baltic Triangle as well as our Camden site, and in 2025 we welcomed our elevated concept Boxhall City venue.

IceBox:

We are bringing back our wildly successful ice rink destination for the ultimate magical winter experience, running from Week Commencing Monday, 16th of November 2026 to Sunday, 18th of January 2027. We love making people feel special and creating those unforgettable experiences, so we can’t wait to welcome everyone. This is a unique role to be a part of something special returning to BOXPARK Liverpool and the Baltic Triangle.

The Role:

As an Ice Rink Marshal, you’ll be keeping the ice smooth and skaters safe—all while bringing a big smile and holiday spirit! You’ll need competent skating skills and your own skates (figure skating or hockey experience is a bonus!) Your start date can be between 2nd and 9th November, to ensure time for training and setup. This a fixed term role until 17th January and you must have good availability between these dates, including over Christmas week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
