Are you ready to build and scale a growing residential utilities business?

Do you want the opportunity to shape a team, influence strategy and leave a lasting impact?

Are you looking for a role where your experience can genuinely change the direction of a business?

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature business and spend your time maintaining the status quo. Instead, it's an opportunity to take ownership of a growing residential multi-utility division within a well-funded, highly respected organisation and play a key role in shaping its future.

You will lead the team delivering infrastructure projects for housing developers across the UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have genuine influence over the direction of the business and the freedom to shape how it operates and grows.

You'll be responsible for driving performance across the entire operation, from tendering and commercial strategy through to project delivery, supply chain management and customer relationships.

You'll have the freedom to challenge existing ways of working, redesign processes, develop the team structure and implement the commercial and operational approach needed to compete with the most established names in the residential utilities market. This is a rare opportunity to build, improve and scale a business unit, bringing your own ideas, experience and leadership style to create lasting impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
