ICP Project Manager – Utility Scale Projects – Remote with travel

Earthstream Global is working with an international renewables EPC that is seeking an experienced ICP Project Manager to take ownership of 132 kV grid connection projects across the UK.

This position will suit a self-sufficient professional who is confident managing projects relating to ICP's, and ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality expectations.

You will work closely with internal project teams, ICPs, DNOs, suppliers, and clients, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of 132kV grid connection works nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 132kV grid connection scopes of projects during the construction phase.
  • Lead and manage Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), holding contractors accountable for delivery and performance.
  • Managing and negotiating contracts with ICP's.
  • Support responses to RFQs for HV and grid connection works, including sourcing quotations from ICP's and HV equipment suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project budgets and client proposals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of grid connection processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
