About the Role
We're looking for somebody to join our small team of IT engineers / hardware salespeople based at our Wallasey Village store and workshops. You will ideally be experienced (or self-taught) or somebody with a natural aptitude towards all things IT. We offer full on and off-site training to the right individual.
Responsibilities
The role will entail troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac-based personal computers and devices, diagnosing and repairing those issues and communicating with our domestic and business customers in order to maintain our excellent customer service standards and to ensure healthy and on-target margins. The role is customer facing and will involve sales of our retail hardware stock, computer accessories and printer ink.
