ICT Assistant

The ICT assistant will provide first line user support and customer service for SIC supported ICT equipment and services, as defined by ITIL v3. This is a highly visible customer facing role. This will include working as part of a team to maintain ICT services.

The ICT Assistant will also undertake a range of duties associated with financial and administrative support to the ICT Unit.

The grade of this post is G

  • Salary shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £2,997 per annum (pro rata)
  • Permanent Full Time post for 37.0 Hours per Week, 52.18 weeks per year
  • A relocation package does not apply to this post
  • We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland
  • We are happy to talk flexible working
