Job Details:

Salary Range: £41,771 - £44,075 per annum

Work Location: HIWFRS HQ, Eastleigh (Hybrid Working)

Hours per week: 37

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing Date: 13 September 2026

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about driving value through effective contract management? We’re looking for an ICT Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of our ICT contracts, ensuring they are well-governed, compliant, and deliver strong outcomes for the Service.

The Role:

In this vital role, you'll:

  • Maintain our contract management system
  • Oversee renewals, support procurement activity
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and audit ready

You’ll work closely with colleagues across procurement, legal, technical teams, and the ICT Management Board, acting as a trusted adviser on contractual, supplier, and compliance matters. You'll build productive relationships with key vendors, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Support supplier review meetings and help drive continuous improvement in contract and supplier management.
