Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a well-rounded and senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of Ericsson CORE Networks solutions. You will be driving large and complex program towards Ericsson’s customers and delivering the latest technology in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, competitive, and challenging multi-vendor environment. The ICT Program Director supports the Key Account Manager team with extensive technical knowledge and is the overall responsible for the Core delivery by owning the overall solution and the delivery model of the program.

You will:

  • Drive sophisticated 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements from initial scoping through delivery for Ericsson’s Customers in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.
  • Own the end to end delivery of the program, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Customer Unit and corporate results.
  • Ensure quality and on-time delivery of program objectives.

  • Drive upsell and program add-on sales.
  • Create solution/scope proposals for new and upsell opportunities.
  • Build a strong Customer Relationship. Adopt daily presence at customer site, becoming a sort of Ericsson “agent” at the customer premise to increase the customer’s trust in Ericsson as a partner and system integrator.
  • Lead and empower local and global teams to deliver on-time, enhance profitability, and improve continuously, through strong governance and project controls.
  • Identify all milestones, obstacles, recommend and implement workable solutions, identify and mitigate risk, raise and resolve issues.
  • Lead change management including the definition of impacts to scope, budget, timeline, and quality with stakeholder agreement.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Harvest and optimize best practices, create and share knowledge assets to industrialize delivery processes.
  • Promote a “one team” atmosphere and coach project team members to support their professional growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
