ICT Solutions & Integration Manager
Every day, thousands of colleagues, partners, and volunteers across the Islamic Relief family rely on technology to raise funds, deliver humanitarian programs, support finance operations, collaborate globally, and make informed decisions. We're looking for an experienced ICT Solutions & Integration Manager to ensure our technology enables our humanitarian mission. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping our applications landscape, integration strategy, and solution delivery capability across a global organization. The role is not limited to maintaining individual applications. It is an opportunity to provide leadership, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the future of business technology at Islamic Relief.
You will be responsible for ensuring that technology investments deliver meaningful organizational value, supporting colleagues across multiple countries and functions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, developers, project professionals, and application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, you will:
- Shape the future direction of our business applications portfolio.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of new solutions.
- Improve integration, interoperability, and data flows across systems.
- Simplify and rationalize technology where appropriate.
- Ensure technology decisions balance value, risk, cost, and long-term sustainability.
- Deliver solutions that improve the experience of staff and enable better outcomes for the people we serve.

Who we’re looking for:
You may currently be a Solutions Manager, Applications Manager, IT Manager, Digital Systems Manager, or Technology Leader looking for an opportunity to have broader organizational influence.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise applications and digital solutions.
- Experience delivering complex business systems and technology-enabled change.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, business processes, and data flows.
- The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement when balancing competing priorities.
- A passion for building capable teams and developing people.
- The ability to see technology through a business lens rather than a purely technical one.
Experience within the charity, humanitarian, or international development sector would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
