Full-time | Harrisdale and Forrestdale Campuses

Carey Baptist College is looking for an ICT Support Officer to join our ICT team and provide responsive, practical technical support to our staff and students across our campuses.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and building their technical skills in a supportive team environment.

About The Role

Working as part of the ICT team, you will be one of the first points of contact for day-to-day technology support across the College.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • providing technical support to staff and students;
  • troubleshooting common hardware, software and device issues;
  • installing, configuring and maintaining ICT hardware, software and peripherals;
  • logging and managing support requests through our ITSM system;
  • coordinating device repairs and liaising with suppliers where required;
  • escalating more complex technical issues to senior ICT staff; and
  • contributing to improvements in the way we deliver ICT support.

The role is primarily based across our Harrisdale and Forrestdale campuses, with occasional work at our Canning Vale office where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
