ICT Support & Systems Officer
Louth | £27,733 - £35,865 | Local Government Pension Scheme | 9-Day Fortnight | Every Other Friday Off
Looking to start your career in IT? Or perhaps you've already gained some IT support experience and want a role that offers more variety, more responsibility and the chance to shape how technology is used within an organisation?
This is not your typical IT support position.
Whilst you'll provide day-to-day technical support to colleagues, the real focus of the role is helping to improve, automate and develop systems using Microsoft 365 technologies. Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from user support and device management through to Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint development projects that can have a genuine impact on how people work.
You'll be joining an organisation that values initiative, encourages learning and gives people the opportunity to broaden their skills across a wide range of technologies. One day you could be supporting users and deploying new equipment, the next you could be developing automated workflows, improving business processes or helping to implement new digital solutions.

In return, you'll receive a salary of £27,733 to £35,865 depending on experience, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, 23 days annual leave rising to 27 days with service, plus bank holidays, and one of the most attractive working patterns in the region: a 9-day fortnight with every other Friday off.
