About The Role
We are seeking a skilled ICT Technician to join our dedicated ICT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support across YMCA St Paul’s Group locations, ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance with their IT needs. You will also assist with the maintenance and administration of our IT systems, contributing to the overall success of our technological operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via the ICT Service Desk, ensuring issues are logged, prioritised, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating to senior team members or external vendors when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the organisation.
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, including Active Directory, Office 365, and other core systems.
- Support the maintenance and development of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and VOIP systems.
- Provide advice and training to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies, data protection regulations, and security standards.
