ICT Transformation Manager
As our ICT Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the next phase of our global ICT transformation as part of One TGI, helping us move from a fragmented technology environment towards a simpler, more connected and consistent way of working across our international organisation.
The groundwork has already begun. Following a comprehensive review of our ICT landscape, we know where we need to get to. Your role will be to turn that direction into delivery – bringing together our Digital Workplace, global systems, technology partners and processes across the UK and Europe, Australia and North America.
This is a transformation and delivery role rather than a traditional day-to-day IT support position. Our Managed Service Providers will manage BAU technology operations, while you stay close to the business and take ownership of the bigger picture: ensuring our global technology environment works effectively, consistently and commercially.
You’ll have a significant programme of work to deliver over 12 months and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how TGI Sport operates globally.
Your Mission
Your focus will be these key areas of transformation:
- Deliver our Global Digital Workplace, connecting our international teams through a consistent technology environment, including our journey towards one global Microsoft 365 tenant and ensuring our people are trained and getting full value from the tools available to them.
- Create and manage a consistent global ICT operating model, bringing our Managed Service Providers together around common SLAs, processes, security, compliance and reporting, while driving continuous improvement across the Digital Workplace.
- Oversee the implementation of our global CRM, working with a cross-functional team to manage the Salesforce implementation programme and ensure it delivers consistent processes, customer data, reporting and integration across the business.
- Lead the implementation of our new Global Freelancer & Contractor Platform, coordinating delivery across Finance, HR and other key stakeholders to create a more efficient and connected global process.
- Take ownership of global IT and subscription cost oversight, creating greater visibility and control while continually identifying opportunities to rationalise software, licensing and suppliers and improve the value we get from our technology investment.
- Drive the wider One TGI technology agenda, identifying opportunities to simplify systems, improve integration and automation and create global processes that can scale with the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
