Legal & General is recruiting for the role of Identity Access Management Analyst. The role supports identity and access management across cloud and on-premise environments, helping to control access and reduce risk. It involves improving IAM and PAM controls, access reviews, and the handling of joiner, mover, and leaver activity.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate joiner, mover, and leaver access activity.
  • Maintain roles, access packages, and entitlement models.
  • Operate and improve IAM and PAM controls.
  • Support access reviews, recertification, and remediation.
  • Investigate access issues across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Partner with application owners and service teams.
  • Analyse identity and access data to identify risks and process gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.

  • Have relevant experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure, service management, or technology risk.
  • Have practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud services, or account management.

  • Evidence ownership of issues and service or control improvement.
