The role supports identity and access management across cloud and on-premise environments, helping to control access and reduce risk. It involves improving IAM and PAM controls, access reviews, and the handling of joiner, mover, and leaver activity.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate joiner, mover, and leaver access activity.
- Maintain roles, access packages, and entitlement models.
- Operate and improve IAM and PAM controls.
- Support access reviews, recertification, and remediation.
- Investigate access issues across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Partner with application owners and service teams.
- Analyse identity and access data to identify risks and process gaps.
- Identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.

What they’re looking for
- Have relevant experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure, service management, or technology risk.
- Have practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud services, or account management.
- Understand access controls, least privilege, and the identity lifecycle.
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Evidence ownership of issues and service or control improvement.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Question access requirements constructively.
- Bring curiosity, personal accountability, and a willingness to develop.
