Identity & Access Management Lead Sizewell C
Location
Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract
Permanent, full-time.
Salary
Circa £66,866 per annum, dependant on experience, plus benefits.
Benefits include:
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

Impact
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to define, implement, and operate a robust IAM capability across the Sizewell C programme. You will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of identity security services, ensuring secure and compliant access to critical systems, applications, and operational technology environments. Working closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Digital, HR, and third-party suppliers, you will support the development of a resilient and scalable IAM function aligned with regulatory and industry best practice. This is a high impact leadership role within a complex, safety critical environment where security, resilience, and operational excellence are essential.

About You
- Proven experience leading IAM or Cyber Security programmes in large, complex organisations
- Experience within regulated sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, defence, or nuclear
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise identity and access management technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Experience managing suppliers and technical delivery teams
