About the Role
Responsible for daily IAM operations across infrastructure platforms, including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, vCenter, XCC/IMM, ESXi, vCenter, SRM, DBs and network devices, ensuring secure and compliant access management. The position also includes contributing to service improvement initiatives by leveraging scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Shell) to automate routine tasks and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong security mindset, basic technical knowledge across multiple platforms, and a proactive approach to enhancing IAM efficiency.

- Support IAM infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security policies and access control standards.
- Perform daily security administration and enforce IAM controls across Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, vCenter, XCC/IMM, SRM, DBs and network devices.
- Manage access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning for infrastructure and platform accounts, including privileged access.
- Conduct technical analysis and assist in resolving IAM-related infrastructure and security issues.
- Participate in service improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing automation or standardization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to troubleshoot IAM issues and support platform onboarding to IAM standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IAM processes, controls, operation manual and scripts.
- Maintain IAM inventory and provide support for audit and access review activities.
