Identity Governance & Administration Consultant
Remote | Contract | £690 per day Umbrella | 6 months | Active SC Clearance Required
We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance & Administration Consultant to join a major enterprise programme on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fully remote role, suited to an experienced identity specialist with strong expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity Governance.

- Rate: Up to £690 per day, Umbrella
- Contract length: 6 months
- Clearance: Active SC clearance is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Design robust Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Produce high-quality technical designs, process documentation, and supporting materials.
- Present proposed technical solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Capture, document, and manage technical and business requirements.
- Support Identity Lifecycle Management and access governance processes.
- Develop and maintain identity governance policies, compliance controls, and access request processes.
- Support secure third-party collaboration and B2B identity requirements.

Essential Experience
- Extensive experience designing Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID Entitlement Management.
- Experience with Access Reviews and Lifecycle Workflows.
- Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance principles and controls.
- Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with access governance, policy, and compliance management.
- Experience designing and managing access request processes.
- Knowledge of third-party collaboration standards, including B2B.
- Strong technical documentation and solution presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into effective identity solutions.
