🚨 HIRING: Support Team Lead – Identity & Access Management (IAM) 🚨
📍 Location: Leeds / Halifax preferred, followed by Manchester
🏢 Working: Hybrid – 2 days/week from office
💷 Rate: £400/day | Inside IR35
👨 💻 Experience: IAM + Operational Support Leadership
We are looking for an experienced IAM Support Team Lead who combines strong Identity & Access Management knowledge with proven experience managing support operations, teams, and service delivery.
🔑 Key Skills & Experience
✅ Strong IAM / Identity & Access Management experience
✅ SailPoint – IdentityIQ (IIQ) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
✅ CyberArk / PAM exposure
✅ IAM operational / production support experience
✅ Experience managing or coordinating technical support teams
✅ Queue management & workload prioritization
✅ Work allocation and SLA delivery tracking
✅ Escalation management across multiple teams
✅ Resource planning & workload balancing
✅ Backlog, ageing ticket & service management
✅ Operational reporting – SLA, queue health, risks & trends
✅ Incident, Request & Problem Management
✅ ITIL / Service Management practices
✅ Stakeholder management at Team Lead level
✅ Service improvement / continual improvement initiatives

🎯 Role Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IAM support operations and queues
- Prioritize incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Allocate work and track team delivery
- Manage escalations and coordinate resolution across teams
- Review backlogs, ageing tickets and outstanding actions
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Produce operational and service performance reports
- Identify recurring issues and drive service improvements
- Support resource planning and workload balancing
- Maintain support procedures, knowledge articles and documentation

👤 Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate both technical IAM expertise and proven operational leadership. This is primarily a support team management and service delivery role, rather than a deep SailPoint administration/development position.
