Un blend di 74% Shiraz, 23% Mourvèdre e 3% Viognier.

Aromi di muschio, lavanda e granito. Sapori stuzzicanti di prugne saporite e pepe bianco danzano sul palato. Mediamente strutturato con tannini morbidi e vellutati e un finale lungo e ricco lo rendono un vino elegante e davvero promettente.

Vinificazione

Il Viognier è stato parzialmente fermentato in vasche di acciaio inossidabile e poi ha completato la fermentazione e la malolattica in botti di rovere francese nuove al 60% da 225 litri. Entrambe le varietà rosse hanno ricevuto quattro giorni di macerazione a freddo pre-fermentativa prima della fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inossidabile. Lo Shiraz e il Mourvedre hanno quindi completato la fermentazione malolattica in botti di rovere nuove al 70% da 225 litri e sono maturati in queste stesse botti. Lo Shiraz e il Mourvedre sono stati quindi miscelati e maturati in botti di rovere americano al 40% e francese al 60% per 12 mesi.
