Client Administrator – Glasgow (Hybrid)
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
A well-established Chartered financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Client Administrator to join its Glasgow team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA or wealth management administration experience who enjoys supporting advisers, managing client relationships and delivering a first-class client experience.
You'll play a key role in the administration of pensions, investments and protection business, supporting advisers while ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout their financial planning journey.

The Role
- Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
- Process new business applications for pensions, investments and protection.
- Place trades where required.
- Manage the ongoing administration of existing client policies and investments.
- Support advisers with day-to-day client administration.
- Handle client enquiries relating to administrative matters.
- Manage incoming post, emails and telephone calls.
- Assist with the smooth running of the office while maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality.
About You
- Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management administration role.
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection administration.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
