Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Belfast
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Service Care are delighted to be working with a long-standing client of ours as they look to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their team in Belfast. They are looking for someone with experience in a similar role.
You will be supporting the team and providing pre and post-sales support to the financial advisors, making sure that all documentation is updated within a timely manner.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing letters and emails to clients
- Obtaining accurate policy information, including valuations and preparation of data for client meetings
- Preparing simple review letters, advice reports & calculations for approval by the Financial Adviser and preparation of accompanying documentation as required.
- Using research tools such as Defaqto to produce reports for Financial Advisers
- Recording, updating & maintaining client data accurately on client management systems including Intelligent Office and Excel MI reporting.
- Submitting and maintaining all client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actions
- Managing the provider application process from submission to completion, maintaining communication with all parties
- Overseeing client servicing and disengagement process in timely, compliant manner
- General admin duties as required, scanning post, dealing with outgoing post, ad hoc client projects
