Job Opportunity: IFA Administrator
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator seeking your next job supporting a Senior Financial Adviser within a stable, locally-focused financial planning firm? About the Role
As an IFA Administrator, you'll deliver seamless service to a Senior Financial Adviser and their clients, ensuring advice processes run smoothly from consultation through to implementation. Working within an established, close-knit team, you'll act as a trusted liaison throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating adviser diaries and client meetings
- Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation
- Processing new business applications and liaising with providers
- Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems
- Proactive client communication to progress cases efficiently

Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures
- Essential: Confident communication skills for client and provider liaison
- Desirable: Experience using systems such as Curo, Intelligent Office or similar platforms
- Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing
