As an IFA Administrator, you'll deliver seamless service to Financial Planners and clients, ensuring advice processes run smoothly from consultation through to implementation. Working alongside an established operations team, you'll act as a trusted liaison throughout the client journey.
Your IFA Administrator responsibilities include:
- Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings
- Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation
- Processing new business applications and liaising with providers
- Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems
- Proactive client communication to progress cases efficiently

IFA Administrator Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures
- Essential: Confident communication skills for client and provider liaison
- Desirable: Experience using systems such as Curo, Intelligent Office or similar platforms
- Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing

IFA Administrator Benefits
- Salary of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
- Full-time or part-time working patterns considered
- Hybrid working with minimum 2 days per week in office

Location
Commutable to Taunton - minimum 2 days per week office attendance required.
