Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a friendly, supportive wealth management environment?

We’re working with an established financial services business based in central Ilkley that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to its growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a relaxed, professional environment where you’ll be trusted to get on with your work, with no unnecessary micromanagement.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support across new business, existing clients and the wider financial planning team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business across a range of financial products, including fund switches
  • Supporting existing clients with enquiries and general servicing requirements
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, including valuations and reports
  • Processing fees and invoices
  • Managing and securely maintaining client documentation through Papercloud
  • Maintaining the Intelliflo database and managing tasks
  • Working closely with advisers and the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous financial services administration experience, ideally gained within an IFA practice, wealth management firm or similar financial services environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
  • Experience of new business processing and client servicing
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach
  • Previous experience using Intelliflo would be advantageous, although not essential
  • An interest in progressing your career and working towards relevant financial services qualifications

The Team & Culture

You’ll be joining a relatively young, close-knit team in a relaxed and friendly office environment. The culture is very much based around trust and accountability, you’ll be given the autonomy to manage your workload.

The office is based in central Ilkley, with the team working collaboratively in the office and the opportunity to work from home two days per week following successful completion of probation.
