An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm.

You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service while managing the administration process from enquiry through to completion.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Process new business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection.
  • Prepare client review packs, valuations, and meeting documentation.
  • Obtain information from providers and chase outstanding requirements.
  • Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate client records.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties by telephone and email.
  • Prepare client correspondence and post-review documentation.
  • Maintain Intelligent Office (or equivalent CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage workflows to ensure service standards and deadlines are achieved.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.

  • Previous experience working within an IFA / Financial Planning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and wealth management administration.
  • Experience processing new business from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan, or another financial planning CRM is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long-term career within Financial Planning.
