An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service while managing the administration process from enquiry through to completion.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Process new business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection.
- Prepare client review packs, valuations, and meeting documentation.
- Obtain information from providers and chase outstanding requirements.
- Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate client records.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties by telephone and email.
- Prepare client correspondence and post-review documentation.
- Maintain Intelligent Office (or equivalent CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage workflows to ensure service standards and deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.

- Previous experience working within an IFA / Financial Planning environment.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and wealth management administration.
- Experience processing new business from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan, or another financial planning CRM is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long-term career within Financial Planning.
