We’re working with a well-established financial planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities Include

  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Preparing valuations, review packs and client documentation
  • Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
  • Supporting advisers with pre- and post-meeting administration
  • Handling client queries and ongoing servicing requests
  • Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems
  • Processing fund switches, withdrawals and policy updates
  • Supporting adviser meetings and annual review processes
