Are You a Skilled IFA Administrator Ready for Your Next Step?
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a firm that puts client outcomes at the heart of everything it does.
The Role
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our advice team, supporting our financial advisers and clients at every stage of the financial planning journey. From onboarding new clients to processing all documentation and co-ordinating annual reviews, your work will directly contribute to the outstanding service our clients have come to expect.
This is a varied, rewarding role that combines technical know-how with real client impact. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and advisers, delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey
- Managing new business applications end-to-end, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding
- Processing documentation and co-ordinating fund switches with accuracy and confidence
- Maintaining meticulous client records in line with KYC, AML, GDPR, and FCA compliance requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise through peer reviews and day-to-day guidance
- Helping to organise and prepare for client annual review meetings

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in an independent financial planning or wealth management environment
- A solid understanding of financial planning products, processes, and the compliance landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software
- RO1 / CF1 qualification (or actively working towards it) - we'll support your continued professional development
- Excellent attention to detail, strong numeracy and literacy skills, and a proactive, organised approach
