Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking for your next opportunity in Shrewsbury?
This Financial Services Administrator job offers the chance to join a well-established local firm where you can make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll be supporting 2 Financial Advisors alongside a Paraplanner, playing a key role in delivering excellent service to clients. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be involved throughout the full financial planning process, whether that's wealth management or mortgage administration.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Financial Services Administrator will include:
- Building strong client relationships - welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information
- Meeting preparation - preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks
- Processing - issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo)
- Provider liaison - chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward

Requirements
Essential:
- Experience as an IFA Administrator, Mortgage Administrator, or similar Financial Services Administrator role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within agreed timescales
Desirable:
- Intelliflo experience would be ideal
- Experience in either wealth management or mortgage administration (training can be provided in the other area)

This long-established Independent Financial Advisory firm has built a strong reputation in the Shrewsbury area. Their close-knit team of circa 8 people enjoy working together, with many team members having been with the firm for 10+ years, demonstrating the positive working environment.

Benefits
- Salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Pension scheme
- 37.5 hours per week (part-time arrangements would be considered)
- Flexible start/finish times if desired
- Mainly office-based role
