Vacancy Detail

IFA Administrator

Ready to take the next step in Financial Services as an IFA Administrator?

We’re working with one of our favourite advisory businesses, a highly regarded financial planning name, that is looking to appoint several IFA Administrators to join its administration team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys being client-focused, organised and involved in the detail — while working within a genuinely collaborative and supportive team.

This is a business where everyone matters. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where people work together, support one another and understand that every individual plays an important role in delivering an outstanding service to clients.

You’ll work closely with the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, while also building strong relationships with clients and providers. It’s a varied role that will give you exposure to new business, client servicing, investments, pensions and protection cases.

The Role

Working closely with one or two Financial Advisers, you’ll become an important part of the wider team, providing high-quality administrative and client service support.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your workload, but you’ll never feel like you’re working in isolation. Collaboration is a big part of the company culture, with colleagues supporting each other and sharing knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
