Financial Planning Administrator
We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team based in Farnborough, Hampshire. We are looking for an individual who has previous experience working for a wealth management firm.
Your main duties will include working alongside financial advisers and paraplanners to provide administrative support, along with growing and maintaining a relationship with their clients.
Our client provides plenty of career support, so if progression is something that is important to you then this could be the perfect opportunity. This will be a hybrid working position in Farnborough.

- To produce client portfolio valuations from various investment providers
- To produce all quotations, application forms, and fund fact sheets for the Advisor's prior to client meetings
- To process all new business applications by submitting to providers (either online or in post), updating client database, maintaining daybook records
- To produce Letters of Authority for new clients to service policies
- To produce any Letters/Forms required for switches, encashments, etc.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met on all new business cases
- Weekly chasing of all new business cases
- Weekly chasing of all existing business enquiries

Experience & Qualifications
- Ideally someone who has had exposure to the financial services sector, ideally Investments, but we will consider all areas of financial as we know most areas are transferable in skills.
- IT literate
- Numerate and literate with some knowledge of various administrative processes, ideally Investments or financial.
- Proven ability to demonstrate precise attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing and prioritizing own workload.
- Experience of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
