IFA Administrator – Southport

I’m working with an established Financial Planning firm in Southport who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within financial planning or wealth management who is looking for a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role
The role will involve supporting Financial Advisers and clients across the full financial planning process, including:

- Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
- Processing new business and ongoing client servicing
- Supporting pensions, ISAs, investments, and other financial planning products
- Liaising with providers and third parties
- Processing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information
- Assisting with annual reviews and client administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day client requirements

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management environment and have a good understanding of financial products and the advice process.
Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo/iO, CashCalc, or similar systems would be beneficial, alongside strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
There is also scope for someone who is working towards further financial planning qualifications and wants to develop their career within the industry.
