IFA Administrator – Leeds (Hybrid) | Up to £34,000

Key Responsibilities
- Client administration including preparing review packs, valuations, and maintaining client files
- Processing new business, LOAs, withdrawals, contributions, and platform instructions
- Liaising with providers to obtain information, chase outstanding items, and ensure smooth case progression
- Updating CRM systems and ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and complete
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day workflow and delivering an exceptional client experience
About You
- Experience within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with providers, platforms, and financial documentation
- A proactive, positive team player who enjoys problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
