Fully Remote | West Yorkshire | Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a fully remote role within a growing wealth management firm? This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded financial planning business, supporting Advisers and Paraplanners while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
- Manage new business from submission through to completion
- Support pensions, investments, ISAs, protection and retirement planning cases
- Liaise with clients and providers
- Prepare client review documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Support Advisers and Paraplanners across a range of complex cases

About You
- Previous IFA or Wealth Management administration experience
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products
- Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar systems
- Organised, proactive and client focused
- Excellent attention to detail
