Why join Everwealth?

This isn't a role where you'll become employee number 250 in a large corporate machine.

You'll be joining a growing independent financial planning firm at an exciting stage of its journey, working directly alongside the two founding directors to help shape the way the business operates. We specialise in retirement and pension planning for clients aged 50+ across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and beyond, built on a boutique, quality-over-volume model.

We believe great client service starts with great people. That means giving our team the tools, flexibility and trust to do the job well, encouraging new ideas and investing in personal development.

As a key early hire, you'll have genuine influence over how the business evolves. If you enjoy improving processes, embracing technology and working closely with a small team where your work genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

How we work:

  • You'll have a direct line to both directors, the systems to run smoothly from home, and real autonomy over your day.
  • This will suit someone who's happy and productive working independently, with occasional in-person catch-ups to stay connected.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
