Established, Client-Focused Financial Planning Firm Seeks Experienced Group Administrator
An established, client-focused financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Group Administrator to join its growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied role supporting financial planners and paraplanners with client servicing, new business processing, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll work across the business, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing new business applications, transfers, and ongoing client servicing.
- Liaising with clients, advisers, paraplanners, and providers.
- Coordinating annual reviews and preparing client documentation.
- Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows.
- Supporting multiple advisers and teams across the business.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, or an IFA administration role is essential.
- You’ll be organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities, with a good understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes.
- Experience with Intelliflo Office or a similar back-office system would be beneficial.

- Salary of £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience.
