I’m working with a well-established, award-winning independent financial planning firm in Worcester that is looking to add to its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator / Paraplanner who wants a varied role, supportive team, and genuine long-term progression.
The business has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, personal financial advice and has a really friendly, close-knit culture. You’ll work alongside experienced Advisers and a knowledgeable support team, with exposure across the full financial planning process.
The role will include:
- Supporting Financial Advisers across the client journey
- Managing workflows and cases through Intelliflo / Intelligent Office
- Client review and new business administration
- Provider and platform liaison
- Pension and investment administration
- Financial planning research
- Suitability reports and review documentation
- Cashflow modelling and portfolio analysis
- Client contact and progressing outstanding actions

- Strong Intelliflo / Intelligent Office experience – essential
- Previous IFA / financial planning experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of pensions and investments
- Someone proactive, personable, and keen to develop
This could suit an IFA Administrator looking to move further into paraplanning, or an existing Paraplanner looking for a broader adviser support role.
