About Us:
We are a well-established financial services firm with two offices, offering comprehensive advice on both the IFA and mortgage sides of the business. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a IFA Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners
- Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence
- Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
