Titan Wealth Holdings is continuing to grow, and we’re now looking for an IFA Administrator to join our new Client Services Administration Team based in Bristol.

This role will provide dedicated support to our desk‑based, remote Financial Planners, playing a key part in delivering a smooth, high‑quality service to our clients.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing end‑to‑end administrative support across the full advice lifecycle. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting two desk‑based Financial Planners, ensuring all pre‑ and post‑sales activity is carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Providing full pre‑ and post‑sales administration support
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing and processing new business applications, valuations, and policy documentation
  • Liaising with product providers, platforms, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows via back‑office systems
  • Supporting Financial Planners with diary management, client onboarding, and ongoing servicing
  • Ensuring all activity meets FCA and internal compliance standards

About You

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience working as an IFA Administrator within financial planning
  • Strong understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements
  • IO back‑office experience highly desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable supporting desk‑based / remote Financial Planners
