About the Role
We are looking for someone to support the management team and help with a range of business development goals. The work will involve administration and finding your way around our systems with scope to progress.
Requirements
We are keen to hear from you if you meet the following criteria.
- Excellent IT skills; highly competent in MS365, able to ping around a spreadsheet with ease, putting together presentations and assisting with integration of new software within our business.
- Strong communication skills; able to write concisely, produce client-facing documents that can explain complex ideas.
- Great with people. Able to build excellent relationships with our team and our clients.
- Enthusiastic approach; Willing to follow a strict process when required but be focused on helping to drive improvements and innovation in systems.
- Planning to stay. We have a strong team of 20 lovely people and low staff turnover, looking for a joint long-term commitment not a fling.
- Also; Smart, quick learner, highly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
